How our materials are made
Naxlex questions are original practice items, built around the published NCSBN NCLEX-RN and NCLEX-PN test plans and current nursing references. Every question includes the correct answer and a rationale so you learn the reasoning behind each choice. New questions are added all the time, and the system never gives you a question you have already answered in new practice.
Your progress, scores and weak areas come from your own answers. Nothing is invented.
